ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sales/Customer Service Manager with Warren Insurance Agency and Financial Services, Inc. you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service and sales skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, providing opportunities to protect assets, while coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

  • Oversee the sales and customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor sales and customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical acumen
  • Competitive and winning attitude
  • Must currently have P&C and Life and Health insurance licenses
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
